Your website will be hosted by Kinsta, an award-winning WordPress hosting provider known for its enterprise-level performance and support at no extra cost to you.
Do You Provide Copywriting Services?
No, you’ll be responsible for providing all the content on your website.
However, we’re happy to upload and arrange the content on your site as part of your ‘Unlimited Small Tasks.’ 👍
Do You Supply Images?
Will I Have Full Access to Everything?
Yes, you will have full admin access to your website.
While we handle the technical aspects of maintaining and managing your site, you retain control over all its features, content, and settings. This includes the ability to make updates, add new pages, and manage users as needed.
If you’re ever unsure about how to use certain features, we’re always available to guide you or handle any changes on your behalf.
Do You Help With Policies (Privacy, Terms & Conditions, etc.)?
Yes! If you already have policies in place, I can assist with adding them to your website.
If you don’t have policies yet, it’s important to have them. I recommend using Termageddon for comprehensive protection and peace of mind. I can help you embed those policies on your website.
Pricing and Payment
Can I Switch to Hosting Only?
Yes. Once the three-month pay-off period is complete, you’re welcome to transition to Southsea Design’s Kinsta Hosting plan.
Just reach out to us, and we’ll handle the transition for you.
What Happens if I Cancel Entirely?
If you do not want to keep your website, you can cancel your Managed Website subscription, and we will delete it.
If you’d like to keep your website, we can either leave it on Southsea Design’s hosting or help you migrate it to your hosting.
IMPORTANT: If you’re migrating to your own hosting, ensure the migration is completed BEFORE canceling to prevent your website from being deleted.
